Juice the WHOLE watermelon. You are already putting in so much effort towards your health and meal prepping. The rind especially the white part is FILLED with so many vitamins and minerals. The benefits are UNBELIEVABLE, you will enjoy the juice more and it's so worth it I promise (from a fellow juicer for 10 years). Just make sure you wash the watermelon well.
One of my fav juices is watermelon, pineapple (core included - most nutrient dense part) and ginger....it's Delish!
