Is social media making us chase fake perfection? 🤔

Everywhere you look, people edit their faces, tweak their bodies, try to find the best lighting & pose just to look perfect. It's happening so often that it made us believe this is what beauty actually looks like. BUT IT’S NOT. It’s just a filtered & polished version of reality.

I know that because I used to do it too. I would make my nose look smaller, lips bigger, put on extra makeup through editing apps and go through 200 photos just to pick THE ONE (the one where I looked “perfect”). But no matter how much I edited my appearance, I never actually felt better about myself.

And I know I’m not the only one. We live in a world where being real feels risky, where people go to extreme lengths just to fit impossible beauty standards. THE TRUTH IS THAT PERFECTION ISN’T REAL… And the more we try to look like everyone online, the more we lose ourselves.

Once I stopped filtering & editing my pictures, I finally started seeing my real beauty. Maybe if we all let go of the filters, we would finally see that we were enough all along ❤️‍

Girl I feel like ur even more gorgeous without the filter, then it looks less fake. I can tell when someone isn't actually that perfect! And not only because it looks less fake, you also are just PLAIN GORGEOUS!❤❤
