this is not true anymore. hacker news has articles pointing out how investors are less likely to throw money at new tech companies that are open to more engineers. It's legitimately getting harder.
I know I can get another one more easily because of certain things, but I look at some of my other friends, and I have this feeling they will struggle more and they are better than me at coding and are working more than me trying to find a job.
plus, a desire for an obsessive engineer who doesn't have a life outside of coding, i wouldn't want to work in a company like that.
And many of us are not looking to companies like that.
