보증금 1년만 더 모은 다음에 전세로 가서 한달에 부담하는 비용을 줄이거나,
차라리 처음부터 전세로 갈 수 있도록 보증금을 부모님께 빌리라고 말하고 싶습니다.
월세 평균 1000/50 정도로 독립하기 위해서 어차피 1000만원의 보증금은 필요한데,
여기서 1년 정도만 더 모아서 2천만원정도만 모으면 1억 남짓한 시세의 원룸을 전세로 충분히 들어갈 수 있습니다.
그럼 일반 월세보다 한 달에 내는 비용이 절반 가깝게 줄어들죠.
이것만 해도 사회초년생 때 저축할 수 있는 돈이 훨씬 여유롭기도 하고, 주거비 부담이 확 줄어듭니다
이거 보증금 모으느라 1년 고생한다고 생각할 수있지만, 이것만 해도 앞으로 자취생활이 확 풀리게 됩니다.
그런데 대부분 사회초년생들은 그걸 모르고 섣불리 독립해버려서 평생 주거비 내다가 저축을 못하는 경우가 많죠.
