My late Filipina wife went the extra mile. She worked hard to provide for her family back home without putting a burden upon me to support them. There were times I will chip in to help her, but mostly it was her hard work and responsibility to help them. She is now a beautiful Angel in Heaven. I miss her so much.

I am in the US and happened to have (shall I say luck?) met such an amazing Filipina! She even refused to continue the monthly allowance I used to send her! Her family lives in the remote province and they are not rich. It's extremely rare that she will ask for help.... sometimes to buy rice for example. Gosh! I have to find creative ways to help them even - I feel like I am talking like Rodney Dangerfield ha ha! She was not too keen on introducing me to her neighbors/extended family for fear that they will expect help because they would know that she has a "foreign" boyfriend! She works in the farms. My plan? When she comes to the US (she's neutral on coming to the US - not too excited), I want to give her rest from all that hard work for a period of time or for a long period of time. I've got to take care of that gem that I found!

Not true. As a Filipino trust me there are Filipinas who’s after your money. Especially those you meet at bars or in red districts. My advice test them first before you tie the knot
