Would 11+ be full 180° center split, first in seated, then leaning with flat lower back to each side with wrists past ankle?
+Transitions between center split to each side split, stability without hands touching ground
+Full 180 split with feet flat and chest to ground & flat lower back
Bc I'm there 😅
I'm also doing standing splits shenanigans roughly everyday, I'm 30yo

Oh also forward fold, both elbows to both lifted toes simultaneously (balancing on heels and light finger tips)

I feel like my body as a whole is fairly flexible, I do quite a bit of Yoga too, but my hamstrings are soooo weak and tight, its crazy! Could there be any reason why just that one part is this inflexible?
