That Lady passenger must not blame herself for not reporting the crack in the fuselage of the aircraft,the First Officer do a complete check of the aircraft at the start of the flight,i was a Flight Attendant for years but unfortunate due to time constraints and safety cockpit checks these fuselage checks are done extremely quickly 😢
