But I’m not skilled enough to make the jig to make cool stuff with and I’m SURE there was a jig used to make the jig. Jigception as it were. Can we start with how the FIRST jig was made and go from there to all the other jigs?

The problem with this jig is that it doesn't have centering ability for that groove down the middle for joining 2 pieces of wood. It would take many adjustments to find center.
