Same. The Talisman was so bad I barely even remember it. (I read it in the late 80s or early 90s.) But I LOVED 112263. You know what else? The mini series they created for it (Hulu I think?) was very good too.

I HATED The Talisman. But man, I LOVED Black House. It was so dark and gruesome. I loved the main antagonist. I was really apprehensive going into the sequel, but was pleasantly surprised. I wouldnât mind a third (as long as it isnât anything like the first lol).
As far as 112263, I cannot wait to read it!

11/22/63 is such a chunky book but i feel like it never slows down as the main characters always on a mission or doing something. Also how cool would it be to visit the past? Though anything before the 70s if your not a white American man your basically dirt

I agree with these two though I will say that a solo third talisman would probably be better Peter stroub is not my favorite and is probably partially responsible for the weakest points.

11.22.63 is the best book I've ever read.
It took my days to get over the fact i had finished it and there was no more to read in that world
