RECIPE
1. Take 1 bowl soaked moong dal(soak for 6hrs).
2. Make a fine paste of soaked dal along with small piece of ginger. Add one green chilli, 1 tablespoon jeera, 4-5 garlic
3. Add some chopped green chili, 1 chopped carrot, half murder, matter some Dhaniya along with 1 tbsp salt, half tbsp coriander powder, half tbsp red mirch powder and half tbsp garam masala.
4. Mix all together.
5. Grease tawa with oil or ghee and spread the batter.
6. Cook for both the sides and serve with chutney.
