I think for a lot of people the development on ghouls is a little too fast since we don't experience it on a mainline game but on an episode of the tv series and an update to 76

yeah personally I'm not a fan as feels a bit too gimmick-y/show chasing but it does actually help fit the show's plot holes a bit.
like why was Roger in a pharmacy ruins that would had only had pre-war chems in the first place or why RadAway was able to The Ghoul sane when buried underground for years (sure you could just say the Chem was mixed into it there but yeah)

I know it’s for gameplay reasons but it is funny that ghouls just need, like, any random chem. And I like that they encourage play styles for very high or very low Feral meter with different stat boosts, that could more interesting than just always wanting to keep it low.
