Both ways of weight loss are healthy. If a person takes 1500 calories per day from Monday to friday and do water diet on Saturday and Sunday walking 1lakh steps per week will never gain weight during weight loss process. If someone stays on pulses, veggies and fruits their fat levels will comedown fast. Its all about what you eat and how descipline you are. I lost 1.5kg a week for 8 continuous weeks that's 12kg in 2 months without any cheat meal doing the above 😅
