Safran by Nice /Rim klong restaurant位於小河道旁，非當地居民較不會走進這條小徑，甚至發現這間清真餐廳。它雖地處偏僻但在google評價卻是高得分。不要懷疑，它確實是間位於大自然環境所構築的河上小餐廳。在這裡你可看到螞蟻在木棧上爬，雀鳥啄食地上的米粒，甚至小蠅，偶爾伴隨著呼嘯而過的小船⋯
小編選了狠特別的黃麵料理，最上層是酥炸的麵條，中層是水煮的雞蛋麵，底層則是黃咖哩佐牛肉和紫洋蔥。三種不同層次的黃色口感，狠是特別。有特意囑咐不要辣，但仍是有點微辣的一道讓人驚艷不已的料理。十分特別的豐富口感，建議大家去試試。十分推薦！其它菜色若有機會會再分享，是間可以天天去吃的家常料理。廚師慢功出細活，饕客要有耐心等她完成每一道的料理哦！

Located by a small canal, "Safran by Nice" is a hidden Halal restaurant that local residents might not even notice. Though it's off the beaten path, it boasts high ratings on Google. Don't doubt it—this is truly a small riverside restaurant nestled in an authentic natural environment. Here, you can see ants crawling on the wooden planks, birds pecking at rice on the ground, and even the occasional boat speeding by.

I chose a very unique yellow noodle dish(50-80 THB). The top layer is crispy fried noodles, the middle is boiled egg noodles, and the bottom is yellow curry with beef and purple onions. The combination of three different textures and flavors of yellow is truly special. I specifically requested it to be non-spicy, but it still had a mild kick. Despite that, it's a dish that will leave you amazed with its rich and unique taste. Highly recommended! I'll share more dishes if I get the chance—this is the kind of home-cooked food you could eat every day.

The chef takes time to prepare each dish with care, so be patient while waiting for your meal!
