Eating 1 meal a day for 18 months now without fail. Best diet decision ever made. Cannot imagine going back. after only 3 or 4 months the hunger goes away, you only realize when its time to eat when its time to eat. If you are doing OMAD Eat healthy too, you become very sensitive to any junk food that you put into your body

I work at a manual labor job and also workout. I am 60 yrs old with a very healthy appetite. I would starve to death. Lol

Go plant-based /vegan first. Let go of all animal products. Otherwise you are fighting a losing battle. After going plant-based/vegan, then reduce to one meal a day. But that meal must be a big one full of fruits and veggies. Juicing is also good to do.
