Been doing TRT for a year-ish. Before it was a choice, workout or intimacy. Now, my numbers are up, I don't feel as tired, lethargic, or without drive. I'm not like I was at 18 but at least I can go to the gym 4-5 times a week and still enjoy time in the bedroom a few times a week as well. TRT hasn't been the perfect solution but it's definitely been way better with than without.

Was in the low 200's. After TRT my arms and shoulders finally started blowing up without changing my workout or diet. Seems I've been doing everything right but nature was just screwing me over.

That is absolutely spot on! Well said Ryan. I’ve been on testosterone for well over a year now, and my libido has gone back down again, my question is how much “free” testosterone do I have not just the total. That’s why I’m scheduled seeing an endocrinologist after waiting two months to get scheduled next week.

Testosterone might be more important for a developing body than a mature body that simply requires maintenance and muscle growth

I'm 6'4 250 solid and 52 years old and i do construction, i did a physical and found my testosterone was at 26 and i felt fine but went on testosterone therapy anyway and my free is around 400 and total is about 1000 and i feel no difference then i did at 26.......

The VA will absolutely tell you 200 is normal to avoid giving you a prescription.
