What type of interference is this? That was what I asked myself when I saw it. It looks like a generated pattern which usually means man made.

It walks up or down the band causing interference to other stations on the air. I thought it might be a new mode, but why would it travel the band to cause interference.

I am about 3 miles from an Air Force Fighter Wing base on an air port, so I am curious if it is coming from there. Maybe it is aliens, but I digress.

This is one of the things that I like about amateur radio, there is always something new to learn or try.
