Amla Juice
Serves - 5
Ingredients required:
1. Amla - 10 nos
2. Ginger - 1 Inch
3. Corriander - Few
4. Pudina - Few
5. Salt - 1/2Tsp
6. Water - 5 cups

Steps for preparation:
1. Add chopped amla, ginger, salt, coriander leaves and mint leaves to the mixer. Add water as required (1 ½-2 cups) and blend the above finely.
2. Transfer it to a strainer and strain juice into a vessel. Now dilute the juice by adding the remaining water (3 ½ - 3 cups), as it is in concentrated form.
3. The juice tastes amazingly well and makes amla unmissed for those who find it hard to eat this vegetable. Hence do not fail to give it a try.
