What this proves to me is that people need to get metabolically healthy before good whole foods can do the job God meant it to do. The Bible says that our bodies are meant to be treated as a temple. Treat your body as a temple, by getting into shape by exercise, eating the right whole foods and you will start to look and feel better than you ever have. God bless.

Ot entirely true. Unless u eat fruits daily only to live then yeah the excessive amount of fructose will kill ur liver. The population now have more problem with liver disease, diabetes, kidney disease way more than before because of the processed sht that we eat. Ppl back then ate way more real fruits than unnatural fruits nowadays. Plus, there were way less processed sht back then. How many apples can u eat in one sitting? I can only force myself an apple a day even if i like them. Yeah how many of 10lbs watermelons can u consume in one sitting? Too much of one thing is bad for u. Protein, potassium, sodium, magnesiumā¦. Bro just stop junk food and eat real food in moderation while staying active and getting enuff sleep. U will be fine

Also in nature most things have 50% glucose and 50% fructose or a close ratio this is because the small intestines can process fructose as long as it has glucose with it. So why do we hear fructose is bad for the liver? Because mostly in mouse and rat studies they give 100% fructose and it hurts the liver when no one ever consumes 100% fructose. You can damage your mitochondrial function with processed foods and then not be able oxidize glucose properly to make ATP and then you become insulin resistant and a whols chain of downward spiraling events can occur but fructose found in nature is absolutely fine for most people. Some people if metabolically healthy cant stomach fruit can usually stomach starches as a carbohydrate source but if you can do fruit i think its optimal.
