Lmao🤣 I find it to be the opposite. Chicken is the cheapest source of protein, for me $2.67 a lb, or 454 g. There's .24-.32 g of protein for every gram of chicken so eating between 1-2 pounds of chicken easily allows me to hit my protein requirements while having low volume and calories, around 750 cal a lb. You can literally shred a pound of chicken, add some BBQ sauce and make two sandwiches, eat them, hit your protein requirements but still be hungry and lack at least if not more than half your calories. It's always carbs or startches that are the mass fillers. Ex. Rice, noodles, potatoes, bread. Ground beef is partially more fatty but it's still not as calories dense or voluminous also it's not near as good as chicken in price or protein quantities. Protein in super easy to put down mostly alone though. So I completely disagree with you

If you are always hungry you are not eating enough.
