Right next to a pistachio scoop bin there was a singular chocolate ball "take a pound pay 3 dollars" thing goin on and I took one of those and stole it. I then told my mom after we left that I stole it and she let me keep it.

Reminds me of that time I had sneak 100 and left a toys r us at 3 years old and put a Darth Vader helmet on my head And walked out with everyone. I would have gotten away with the helmet if my cousin wasn't like: "hey... Is he supposed to have that?" My mom immediately turned around to see her toddler son dressed like Darth Vader and she just shook her head, drove the 15m back just to teach me a lesson about not stealing. I still wish I had that helmet... Like seriously it's rather expensive now a days.

This happened with a price tag sticker. A STICKER. I was like 7 and a worker saw and everything made me feel baddd 😭 my mom told me I'd go to kid jail (which I believe since I was 7-6 and nothing my mother said was a lie of course) and asked if I was guilty in the car when I said my stomach "hurt". I understand they wanted to encourage me never stealing again but three full grown adults guilt-tripping a seven yr old for peeling off a price sticker was 😥

I actually stole a golfball once, that is to this day I believe the biggest crime I have comitted, and I didnt even mean to do it
I believe it was a planned trip to a golfing course, we all got our rented golf equipment that we were supposed to put into a collection bin later.
I got bored and had to go to the toilet, but because of all the high grass in the area I didnt want to loose the golf ball and have to search for it, so I stuck it in my pocket
About 3 hours and a ride home later I realise this golfball is STILL in my pocket
