Oh lawd, I'm 4 yrs out from gastric sleeve and we can split that plate. Sometimes I get scared bc some days all I do is eat., then somedays I don't want to eat. Or I can eat off the same plate all day. Yet we are not where we were. One thing for me is I have to get back on my vitamins. I got tired of being a walking pharmacy lol. Mail me a plate though. Lol. I had the gastric sleeve about 6 year's ago. I lost 140 lbs. I actually find now that I am eating more calories telling myself I need to eat to avoid bobble head statusππ! The struggle is real lol. Funny thing is I do feel like I eat more now to maintain my weight more than anything! You look good love
