SALMON & SWEET POTATO TOTS! 🧡

A super healthy, baby-friendly recipe that’s perfect from 6 months. These little tots are soft, nutritious, and packed with flavor — making them a great way to introduce salmon and veggies to your little one’s diet.

Ingredients:
• 90-100g cooked salmon fillet (I steam it)
• 200g cooked sweet potato, peeled and steamed
• 20-30g grated cheese (Cheddar or Parmesan)
• 20g breadcrumbs (add more if needed)

Method:
1. In a bowl, mash the cooked sweet potato and flake the cooked salmon into small pieces.
2. Add the grated cheese and breadcrumbs. Mix until the mixture is well combined and holds together. Add more breadcrumbs if needed.
3. Shape the mixture into small tots with your hands.
4. Place the tots on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Allow to cool slightly before serving to help them set. Buon appetito!

❄️ Storage: Store cooked tots in an airtight container in the fridge for 1 day or freeze for up to 2 months. To defrost, place in the fridge overnight. Reheat in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10–15 minutes before serving.
