Optimize the speed on a track and see how far Aptera can go on solar alone. Didn’t someone figure it would be steady state at around 20mph??
Some of the solar racers have steady state speeds around 55mph which is incredible.
I’d also imagine that Aptera was fitted with gallium arsinde cells , lightened the car, one could increase Aptera’s steady state speed. And by steady state speed I mean the speed where it consumes the same as what the solar is producing.

The Aptera is a motorcycle legally so many of these wouldnt be legit. Largest on a charge would probably have a similar asterist (but could be ~1800 miles hypermiling). Also even in neutral my understanding is back emf introduces rolling drag. Charge speed in terms of miles is actually slower than a tesla due to the 50 kw DC fast charge speed.
