Imagine if the 10th movie starts with Luke waking up from a nightmare which was the last 3 movies(7,8,9), while he was sleeping next to darth vader's burning body on Endor.

To be fair, thereās a Dave filoni trilogy coming and he did the clone wars, rebels, Ahsoka, and he always works closely with Sam witticker, who helped with the force unleashed, voiced maul in the clone wars, and he also works closely with Jon favreuax who did the Mandalorian, so those three minds together are avid believers in Star Wars being what itās meant to be. I just hope Dave goes to retcon the sequel trilogy, itās already written in. You can say that the show universe after the original trilogy runs in a parallel dimension going off of rebels when Ezra saved Ahsoka from the veil of the force. The force awakens universe could be a universe without Ahsoka, which would mean grogu never met Luke, thrawn would never be found, it would change the story so drastically if you just removed Ahsoka. So the retcon is already written into canon Star Wars, youād just say thatās the āveil of the forceā moment that decides the outcome of the universe, Ashokaās presence or not. Whether sheās dead or alive. Which also makes a lot of sense being one of the only surviving characters who had real attachments to Anakin, pushing forward his beliefs and teachings from when he was her master

The only way we would get another good Star Wars movie is if Disney loan the ip to another company or back to George. Which both options would never happen. The Jedi fallen order/survivor series is about the best thing to come out of the ip in the last 5 to ten years

Disney trashed Star Wars I was never a big fan but now I appreciate the effort of the old movies/extended univers infinitely more, compared to the garbage being made now with considerably more money, I've read fan fiction better thought out than a multibillion dollar franchise. Do better Disney, or sell it to some nerds to revive it to its former glory.
