The haul rope is in contact with a set of sheave wheels. These sheaves are fixed with a pulley for belt driven energy transfer. The belts drive pulleys with ratio division though half of the station. There is a PTO pickup on the incoming and outgoing sections. There is tractions plates on carrier grips which are moved though guide rails in the station by tires. Detachable chair lifts have slower unloading/loading speeds and faster line speeds.

Looks like a better way of tensioning the PTO belts than with the jack bolts.
