1️⃣ Stand with your feet slightly wider than hip-width, back straight, knees bent

4️⃣ Keep bouncing gently through the knees as you twist
5️⃣ Let your arms wrap around your body with each turn
6️⃣ Lightly tap your body as a self-massage while moving
