I swear this was happening with the med shotgun last night. I even took clips to make sure I wasn't going crazy. I watched as the pellets ricochet off the guy I was aiming at and do no damage three shots in a row, before he turned and let off a small burst that apparently all hit my head.

Had that my self several times.
Had to pick up a barrel to fix it.
Then i could not throw away the barrel.
So i switched to a gadget and then my gun
I had to force reload 3 times (like it was empty)
Then i could shoot and do damage.

I had this bug once when swapping between my weapon and specialization multiple times too quickly. It would cause a visual bug where it showed my weapon in hand and let me shoot and ads but not reload (because no ammo was being consumed since the weapon wasn't actually out). The reality was that I actually had my specialization out and not my gun

This happened to me, too. But with a turret. For like 3 or 4 seconds, neither me nor the turret were causing damage to each other despite shooting at each other.
