That is a wonderful place for kids of all ages & adults enjoy it as well. Hope your kids had lots of fun at the Children’s museum!
My nephew & niece like it there as well & they are 13 & 16 yrs old. But they both have mild disabilities.

I love this my mom does this with my nephew and his siblings, I am neurodivergent and wear ear defenders to keep noise levels at a minimum and often use sensory input to stop overload

If you’re ever in the Indianapolis area, we have the best children’s museum in the world (it’s true, look it up). It might be a bit overstimulating in some of the exhibits, but if you go at a weird time on a week day (think 10 on a Tuesday or something) you can have a nice time. The dinosphere is so cool and they have an out door park area for playing sports.

My son with disabilities loves our children's museum. He loses his mind and just runs everywhere from one exhibit to another and back to the first one. In most public places, we have to restrict his natural tendencies in so many ways to keep him safe but the only restriction he really has at the children's museum is no climbing on certain things and mom or dad has to be close. One of us is one-on-one with him, and one of us is one-on-one with his little brother. Whoever is with him just follows him around wherever he wants to go. I really love that he can just be him there and explore the world how he wants to.

If you can go, I totaly recommend the phoenix children's museum, there are plenty of fun activeities and sensory things, i bet the twins will love it.

When i was a kid i always loved the clear painting wall at Amazement square ( kid museum near where i lived ) you finger painted there, lol i didn't do it at the time though i saw a older kid paint a middle finger 😂😂 and a worker made him leave the paint roo
