I’m 28 and a bit embarrassed to admit that:

1. I don’t have many friends.
Because i travel so much most of my friendships are long-distance or temporary and that can feel weird and sometimes lonely.

2. I’m often alone (but not lonely!).
I spend a lot of time by myself, in cafes, airports, new cities. I’ve learned to enjoy it, but it’s not always as dreamy as it looks.

3. I don’t have a house, or even an apartment.
All my stuff fits in a suitcase. And I’ve kind of accepted that I might never own a place and that’s okay with me.

4. I still get nervous solo traveling.
I wish i was kidding! But even after all these years, I overthink things the night before a trip. New places still make me nervous sometimes and thats also part of the fun or traveling (;

5. I work for myself, but I rarely relax.
When your income depends on your own brain and effort, switching off is hard. Vacations don’t really exist when you’re the whole business.

6. I don’t know exactly what I want in life.
There’s no master plan. But if I’m enjoying the day, I figure, I must be doing something right.

7. I’m not always motivated or disciplined.
People assume so cause i make it work. But some days I feel super focused. Others I literally stare at my screen for 3 hours and call it work.

8. I can be a bit too fast.
I don’t always think things through, I just go. It leads to the best stories… and the worst decisions..
