RECIPE
Ingredients:
• 4 tbsp peanut butter
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
• ¼ tsp ground ginger
• 1 apple, thinly sliced
• 2 tbsp chopped pecans, toasted
• Agave syrup
• Your favourite bread, toasted
Method:
1. Mix the peanut butter with cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger until well combined.
2. Spread the spiced peanut butter over slices of freshly toasted bread.
3. Layer the apple slices on top, then sprinkle over the toasted pecans.
4. Drizzle with agave syrup.
