Iβm thinking with these little medallions add a little frozen whole kernel corn as well as some chives. Maybe even a splash or three of hot sauce. Im from Louisiana and dats how we roll! These are a lot like hush puppies but call them whatever you want! Iβll call them good and eaten if they come to my house! Thank you for sharing these with us! Oh we use hush puppies with soups, gumbos, fried fish and shrimp or a snack

I can ALWAYS count on Allrecipes for the best recipes. I hardly go anywhere else. Last week I made my best banana bread ever from their recipes. I'm happy with this channel because they introduce me to things I'd never have thought of to look up. Allrecipes uses many different cooks. I really like that. All of them are just as wonderful as this woman.
