Iāve done doordash for over a year but they canāt make me do shopping orders.. so everything is already picked for me and waiting.

No response + no substitution = refund. Doordash (at least in my area) currently appears to pay full price even if you refund a couple things.

quick tip if you run into a unavailable item... find a suitable replacement, next send a text or call the customer with a substitution. once they agree on it, scan the barcode. After it fails twice, it will give you a button that says, "I have the right item", click it, and it will ask you to take a picture... take the picture of the one you already discussed with the customer and then add it to the cart. doordash will send the customer a picture of what they agreed on and Boom, done! š

I canāt stand that I give them 2 mins to respond then itās items unavailable or issue a refund lol
