Stealing is one thing but what I find irritating about this is how unsophisticated it was. 7 HOURS in the store, not stealing in small quantities, stealing by the cart(and returning!), bad lying....

She repeatedly kept saying she was on the phone when she walked out, trying to use being distracted as why she did it. She was not on the phone! She made a beeline exit for that door, she had already attempted it multiple times but staff was around so she went back in, loaded up more stuff while she waited until she thought the coast was clear. Thankfully it wasn't. She's an insufferable, whiny, disgusting thief. The whining about how she doesn't come from here is pathetic, especially since thieving is not okay anywhere so that wouldn't matter. She knows full well you have to pay for your stuff. No country anywhere allows you to load up a cart and walk out without paying.
