That stuff is the bane of my existence. The people who lived here before us laid it down in layers (I mean 5 layers of cloth in some spots!!), so every time I want to move or transplant something, it’s roots are all tangled up in the layers of cloth. So by the time I’m done wrestling with it, the roots are destroyed. Takes some of the joy out of gardening.

On jobs that people requested this my boss would charge a ridiculous amount. Almost nobody would accept his quote and the people who did he make bank on. We told them it was a waste of money.
