TARTA TRES LECHES EN 2 MINUTOS 🥧🍰

Ingredientes (molde 10x10):
🔸️60 g de harina de avena.
🔸100 g de yogur natural.
🔸️1 huevo.
🔸3 g de polvo para hornear.
🔸1 cdta de stevia.

Ingredientes salsa tres leches:
🔸20 ml de leche entera.
🔸20 ml de leche evaporada.
🔸10 g de leche en polvo desnatada.

Ingredientes topping:
🔸40 g de yogur natural.
🔸15 g de proteína sabor vainilla de myproteines.

Proceso:
🔸️En un bol mezclar todos los ingredientes del bizcocho hasta obtener una mezcla sin grumos.
🔸️Verter la mezcla en un molde apto para microondas engrasado.
🔸️Cocinar en el microondas a 750 W durante 2 minutos.
🔸️Sacar del microondas, dejar atemperar y desmoldar.
🔸Mezclar los tres tipos de leche hasta que no queden grumos.
🔸Pinchar la superficie del bizcocho con un palillo, añadir la salsa tres leches por encima y dejar que absorba.
🔸Mezclar el yogur con la proteína sabor vainilla hasta que no queden grumos y extender la mezcla sobre el bizcocho.
🔸Espolvorear canela en polvo por encima y servi
