Two NYPD officers patrol Fifth and Sixth Avenues in midtown Manhattan. From the Prometheus sculpture at Rockefeller Center to excited kids meeting the horses, this is everyday NYC policing with four legs.

The horses are as much a part of New York as the yellow cabs rolling by.

Fun fact: NYPD horses are NYPD officers with their own badge numbers 🐴👮
