Russia's navy is in serious trouble. Ever since Vladimir Putin's invasion of Ukraine, the degradation of the Russian military has become more and more apparent. This is probably most easily seen in the navy, with the Black Sea fleet being made functionally inactive, and the Baltic Fleet being made functionally irrelevant, with wide sweeping repercussions across the rest of the Russian navy as well.

Fun Fact: The Russian flagship was according to Russia sunk in a storm, but footage from a Turkish rescue team showed the ship about to capsize, hoses spraying, and crew being evacuated from a fire. Public records before the wsr showed how under maintained the ship was, it had 5 fire extinguishers when 500 were expected, all equipment was locked behind a key only the captain had, 1 out of its 3 anti-missile systems worked and the other 2 were inoperable, it was missing some lifeboats, had little ammunition, and barely half the guns worked
