I used to do this to my little sister when we were growing up. If I wanted her to do me a small task. I would ask her to do a large task she would almost certainly decline, then when she did, or while she was thinking on if she would do it or not, I would say ā€œfiine, will you at least grab me a drink from the kitchen (the original and only task I wanted her to do). And it worked every singular time. I know this is mean but we were kids šŸ˜‚

The ultimate laziness is doing everything to your best degree so you can be lazy afterwards.

Where can I find this podcast/episode?
Is it that hard giving the very-well-deserved credit?

I disagree. When I am stuck or procrastinating or overwhelmed by having too many things to do I simply start doing something that needs to be done and pushing through all the disorder piece by piece until I have order. Then I can free my mind to write. Iā€™m about halfway through the chaos now. Listening to YT helps distract me from the misery of the task.

Why people insist on playing mind games with themselves then calling it some kind of disorder is beyond me. Itā€™s out of hand now. Thank goodness our ancestors didnā€™t poop their pants and cry every time a hard thing needed to be done.
