As you can see, we've got a dead fan.
Well, we can see a fan but we can't see it's dead! (On mine, the fan stops when either of the doors are open).
Maybe if you'd just spun the fan with your finger & showed us how quickly it stopped turning...
I oiled the bearings on my fan motor 4 years ago & it's still fine. (The fan spun much more freely & temperatures are correct).
Great short video though, showing the symptoms & how simple it is to fix. I haven't seen a lot of videos on this, which is probably a very common fault, especially on 10+ year old fridge/freezers where the oil will be drying up & becoming like gum.

How much would this be. I just started doing washer fridge repairs. Normally do hvac tho. Also do you guys charge a diagnostic fee( I’m assuming so) do yall waive it if yall get the job?
