The potential damage to Ukraine is huge since it was key in suppling nearby fields with water. We are talking here about 17% of the territory used for agriculture affected. A lot of nearby towns used the water from there also: Kriviy Rig is already down 80% on water supply. Long term results are huge for entire region. Those who are talking about Russia being in a worse situation see only the short term effects

Last year Russia planted explosives at the Kakhovka dam and threatened to destroy the dam... but instead bided it's time ( Russian tactical strategy to hinder the Ukrainian counter-offensive) Russia has occupied the dam for a year. There has been a Russian battalion at the dam 24/7. Ukraine did not have access and does not have access to the dam at all.
Ukrainian Security Services have released an intercepted phonecall between Russian soldiers revealing that the Russians did not expect the damage to be so severe.. they didn't realise that what they did would cause such consequences....a catastrophe. The region flooded is 4 times the size of Lichtenstein. Russian forces are bombing evacuees as they are trying to escape the flood. Mines planted by Russian forces are now floating free...
The Russian forces have also planted explosives around the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant..... The plant is 4 times the size of the Chernobyl Nuclear Power plant.... Mother of God where are the international humanitarian organisations... where is the UN or the Red Cross....or Amnesty international!?!?!πππππΊπ¦πΊπ¦π
