IF I had the money, I would have bought it.
I'm slowly replacing our wanna-be-wood furniture with solid wood.
I was blessed to find a CEO wooden desk (3'x5') for $20 ~and~ a beautiful sideboard buffet for $80 at our local Salvation Army.
Both are in excellent condition with drawers opening and closing smoothly, no nasty odor, and beautiful cherry (sideboard) and mahogany (desk) finishes. All I had to do with both was vacuum inside & bottoms and wipe them down inside and out with my favorite all-purpose cleaner ... vinegar in a spray bottle with a clean, soft cloth.
I plan on frequenting this particular store! 😉
