🥋 As a karate instructor on the Sunshine Coast, I get to see so many wonderful transformations of students who start at the beginning with not knowing their left hand from right hand or a sense of nervousness when they walk in the dojo 12 months later, because I can see from the outside what they can't see.💪
I'm seeing the same person become extremely coordinated and confident in their actions and their abilities to the point where I see them trying to help other students who are just beginning as well. It's really quite beautiful to see that growth of that person and passing that knowledge on.👦
Same with children. Children who come in a little bit misbehaved or lack a little bit of attention span. In 12 months time, once again, they're showing up to class, they're showing lots of respect, they're practicing diligently, and helping other students around them, improving in their homework, their family life as well as the respect for their own brothers and sisters.
