As a bear guide I've seen hunters lose bears after making a poor shot at only 20 yards.....56yds is way too far .

Wouldn’t you have to hit it perfectly in the head to kill it? I thought bears could take a few rounds from a hunting rifle. Not knowledgeable in hunting so curious.
