Fire edit but Italy was never mentioned in The Quran, The Quran mentions the Romans as in the Byzantine Empire which would be Greece and Turkey. There is even proof because the western Roman Empire collapsed before the Quran was revealed

Amazing video! Can you please make a tutorial on how to make those animations, like how you're making those maps and those shakes and the glow effect on the crescent and the star like how you're moving the map

Actually, the name "Palestine" has a complex historical background. The region was originally known as Judea. After the Romans suppressed the Bar Kokhba revolt in the 2nd century CE, they renamed it "Palaestina" to minimize Jewish identification with the land. This name evolved into "Filastin" in Arabic.

When the Qur'an was revealed in the 7th century CE, it didn't explicitly name "Palestine." Instead, it referred to the "Holy Land" (al-Ard al-Muqaddasah) and mentioned the Children of Israel (Bani Isra'il) in connection with the land. The Arabic use of "Filastin" became more prominent during and after the Islamic conquests.

So, if the Romans hadn't renamed Judea, it's possible the Qur'an might have referred to the land by its earlier name. However, the region's history involves many names and cultural shifts, reflecting its complex heritage. Ignoring the Canaanites or other historical groups would overlook significant parts of its ancient history.
