I remember my dad chopping wood and kindling for our fireplace back in the day. One thing for sure the kitchen was the warmest room in the house and we spend most of our time in the kitchen during the winter months. Great memories

As a general surgeon: thank you of showing people how to do it while finishing with same number of fingers as in the beginning ;)

Don't feel bad dropping the kindling. It's not going to waste. The time to be upset is when you milk cows and drop five gallons of milk. My grandfather was not happy about it. Took me half the day to get him over it. Your videos bring back memories cutting his wood for the winter. Thank you. Love Bob from North Idaho USA ❀❀❀❀❀😊😊😊😊

Nicole, the rhythmic chop that conquered my senses and warms the hide of one known as Bambi. "Thank you for the music and bringing it to me." ABBA πŸŒˆπŸ‡Ώ

One day I'm going to be lost in the forest and I make a fire and I'm rescued.

My words on TV will be.

Thank you Nicole for teaching me to survive. πŸ’œ

There is something just so tranquil and wholesome about chopping wood in a forest setting.
Your like IRL Skyrim

I don't know why but honestly the kindling making sounds make me feel all warm and safe inside.. and every time you "okie dokie " it's like a verbal hug. Thank you for making my Monday marginally better ma'am

I love the way you chop and your tantrum was such a good rush!

The high pitched clink of dry kindling can sound a little like the prisms of candle ice that clink just as the ice is going out of the lakes. A clean sound.
