Return to Office Will Kill Your Business

Old-school CEOs need to wake up. Forcing people to endure ridiculous commutes and come into an office environment will kill your business.

As long as there is ONE business in your industry sector that is allowing their employees to work from home, you MUST allow your employees to work from home or you will be crushed.

In fact, why not embrace a remote culture and make it a competitive advantage? Why not advertise that you allow your team to work from their couch, their backyard, or even the beach? What difference does it make where they are as long as they keep your customers happy and achieve all their objectives?

If you're a CEO and you need to control where your employees are and what they are doing every minute of the day, you need intense psychological intervention.

**Set objectives for each of your employees
**Create guidelines for them with boundaries and expectations
**Have your legal folks review for compliance
**Evaluate based on output and not how long or where they work
