Here in Scotland, I think a lot of people (myself included) would just interpret that sign as a jokingly sarcastic reminder to wear your mask.😁
It's interesting though; I work in a large supermarket and a few of our customers wear lanyards to indicate they have a medical exemption from wearing a mask, but one or two seemed to take offence (initially, at least) when I requested that they still observe social distancing guidelines and respect the personal space of myself and my colleagues while they are in-store. On reflection I think I'd attribute this to a slight misunderstanding rather than uptight-ness on their part
