I call these “long hamstring bridges”. I like them as isometric holds, either for 30-60 seconds, or 10 second hard and heavy holds for multiple reps.

Notice the position of the toes down into the bench. This position creates a co-contraction of the calves and hamstrings, further increasing hamstrings activation.
