are they actually a 2nd generation? because they only said they were adding new colors and a usb-c port and it has the same design and chip as the lightning ones. nobody called them "AirPods Max 2" at the event, but they did change the name of the pro ones from "AirPods Pro (2nd generation)" to "AirPods Pro 2" and the 4th generation regular airpods are simply "Airpods 4", which makes it weird for them to keep calling them aipods max

Lamest Fing update by Apple ever, 4 years and they only changed the charge port because they have to by law. No H2 chip, no conversation awareness, no lightened design, case, water rating, nada. Can't believe I held out for a year for this, I bought the old silver ones on Amazon.
