尿路結石讓人痛不欲生，我們就是要來解救大家！
手術進行前，通常會給予患者全身麻醉或脊椎麻醉，以確保在手術過程中感到舒適且無痛。
之後，我們會將一根輸尿管鏡（ureteroscope）插入患者的尿道，然後經由膀胱進入尿管，直達結石所在的位置。輸尿管鏡是一種薄長的器械，配有攝像頭，可以提供實時影像，讓醫生看到結石。一旦結石的位置確定，我們會使用雷射纖維，通常是Holmium雷射，將結石粉碎成小片或粉末，使其能夠較容易地通過尿路排出。
有時候也會使用小夾子、結石網輔助，確保將碎片完全移除。
